Gale Databases

Use the "Advanced Search" option to change the "By Document Type:" dopdown box to "Audio File."

Newspaper Databases

Article Databases with some Audio Files (Text-To-Speech)

The databases listed below contain some articles that have html full-text files which include audio options.  When the html format is selected, reader/listeners can choose to hear the article read with an American, British, or Australian accent, as well as at a slow, medium, or fast reading speed.  When searching, it is helpful to use the Advanced Search technique, which allows you to click the full-text box. This inceases the likelihood that an article with html that includes an audio file will result.
