The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world's largest technical professional society, and the organization (through their standards association, IEEE-SA) develops and publishes standards in electro- and information technologies and sciences, including the popular 802 Standards for Local and Metropolitan Area Wireless Networks.
The WSU Library's subscription to IEEE Xplore allows standards to be located by searching for key words or phrases in document metadata or text. It provides digital full-text access to standards published since 1988, with select content published since 1893.
