WSU UpToDate users must register and create a personal username and password to access UpToDate.  There is no cost to register. Your new personal registration provides:

• A free UpToDate Mobile App for up to two mobile devices.
• Continued fast easy access to UpToDate from any computer that you’ve come to expect at home, the office, or wherever you are.

Current WSU affiliates who have an UpToDate personal account need to re-authenticate every 90 days to maintain access.  Please follow these steps:

1. Go to Shiffman Medical Library homepage.
2. Click on "UpToDate" under "Resources".
3. You'll need to log in with your WSU AccessID and password if you are accessing the site from off campus.
4. After logging in, you will see the UpToDate log in page. Log in with your UpToDate account.

Once completed, you should be able to continue accessing UpToDate.
