The Arthur Neef Law Library is located in the Wayne Law School Complex on the main campus. Community members are welcome to visit during regular library hours.

Accessible parking for the Law Library is located across the street at Parking Structure One. Parking structure one is located at 450 W. Palmer, between Cass and Anthony Wayne Drive at the north end of campus.

Parking Structure One is open to the public, and costs $9.00 per day. Payment must be made using a credit or debit card. The parking structure is open for the duration of the Law Library hours of operation.

Metered street parking is also available.

The Arthur Neef Law Library has three computers for public use in conducting legal research. Guests will receive a Reservation Ticket with a unique Reservation Number from the Circulation Desk. These computers are available during library hours, and can be used for research and printing.  Computers are available on a first-come first-serve basis, and have a time limit of one hour per day.  

Members of the community can print, scan, and copy at the Arthur Neef Law Library. Printing costs $0.11 per page for black and white, and $0.35 per page for color. Price is doubled when printing on both side of the page. Printing must be paid for through the Wayne State One Card, which can be purchased at the Library. 

PLEASE NOTE: The One Card costs $1 for the physical card in addition to any money added for printing. Change will not be given when purchasing.
