Civil Discourse Initiative

Civil Discourse Initiative Blog (Current Members)

I believe we'd have to create the (moderated) blog elsewhere and then link it through this site.  (That might be a good idea in the beginning to ensure that blogposts meet the Civil Discourse criteria).

Wayne State's Civil Discourse Initiative

Created in the Fall of 2023, the Civil Discourse Initiative has been jointly sponsored by Wayne State's Office of the Provost, Humanities Center, and Honors College. Volunteers were solicited from within the Honors College, and on Today@Wayne.  Members have met monthly throughout the Fall 2023 and Winter 2024 terms.  Membership for a new cohort will be organized starting in the Fall Term 2024.  Please contact Layla Saatchi at ssaatchi@wayne.edu for more information. We look forward to engaging you in the conversation!
