Gary Grimshaw is a graphic design artist best known for his rock concert posters. He designed posters for the Grande Ballroom and the MC5, and was an associate art director for Creem Magazine from 1976-1984. He was a high school best friend to Rob Derminer, who started the MC5, and friends with John Sinclair through his anti-war activism. He was also involved with the Detroit Artists' Workshop.
