About the Department
The Department of Communication at Wayne State University is composed of a number of academic areas including communication studies, dispute resolution, public relations, film, journalism and media arts and studies. The department is composed of about 20 tenure and tenure track faculty with strong backgrounds in both scholarly and professional approaches to communication.

This guide is a collaborative work-in-progress, developed with the suggestions and feedback from students and faculty in Communication.
