Get Help from a Librarian

Librarians can save you time! You can chat online, email or talk with a librarian for help finding materials, getting starting on your research, or if you are having problems accessing any of our resources. You can make an appointment with a librarian for individual help with your research paper or project. Each College, Department and Program on campus has a liaison librarian who specializes in provide research assistance in that discipline.

Research Management (Notes, Research, Citing, Writing)

There are many online tools and resources you can use to help you with managing your research papers and projects.

WRT Zone

provides writing (by appointment), research and technology support for your research and other course papers and projects. The WRT Zone is located on the 2nd floor of the Adamany  Undergraduate Library. 

[zoh-TAIR-oh] is a free, easy-to-use tool to help you collect, organize, cite, and share your research  sources. You can use Zotero to save citations directly from internet search results and library databases, take notes, share resources for group projects and use your saved Zotero citations with Word to insert properly formatted in-text citations and build your bibliography in a variety of citation styles including MLA and APA.

Skill Building, CLEP and Graduate School Entrance Exam Prep

Learning Express Library is an online subscription resource available through the library that provides access to skill building exercises and books in math, science and other subjects. You will find test prep resources for CLEP exams and College Entrance Examinations like the MCAT and GRE in the College Center. In the Computer Skills Center, you will find Advanced Excel topics like Pivot Tables, and online courses on using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
